AREA OF EXPERTISE
Tinashi is a certified E-RYT yoga teacher and yoga therapist with over 600 hrs of yoga courses. She decided to pursue her passion because it’s the only way to activate her feel good hormones. Tinashi has been practicing yoga for over 8 years, she started her teacher training in 2015 and has been teaching yoga ever since.
She has special interest in back pain, Scoliosis, mental health, prenatal and postnatal yoga. In the practice of Ayurveda therapy, she is governed by the guidelines and safe practices of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
In 2019 she became a member of “Jai Yoga Academy”. She is also Pregnancy-yoga certified. She infused her passion for other types of movement such as aqua-yoga movement in her practices.
Her approach to Yoga is patient-centered, she believes every patient is unique and as a result, she carefully tailors her techniques and treatments to suit individual needs. She helps people live better lives by helping them become more aware of their conditions. As a result, they are able to recognize their triggers, become more mindful of their lifestyle and are in control of their conditions both young and old.
Yoga is one of the most beautiful and effective movement practices that has been shared across history and geography and she believes movement that unites body, mind, and spirit is deeply human. By first connecting to the body, one can cultivate a sense of grounding, thus providing a stable foundation for unity with spirit, mind and body.
