Ruminacare is an online GP practice that provides home services and video-based consultations on female health issues.

Established with the vision to be the forefront healthcare provider for female health problems in Africa.

Our mission is to improve access to maternal care and overall female healthcare in Africa through telemedicine.

Our Video Based consultations allows you to connect with a female health doctor remotely over video from the comfort of your home or office. This type of service is suitable for consultations that do not require physical examination such as Follow-up consultation, prescription request and refill, fertility and preconception counselling, review of labs and test results. You must be an existing patient of RUMINACARE and also have an appointment to access this service.

At Ruminacare, we understand that some conditions require a multidisciplinary approach, hence, we require that patients seeking services such as Counselling & psychotherapy, Nutrition, Yoga must have an initial consultation with a GP. We will work with your GP if you are already registered with one but if you don’t have one yet, don’t fret about it… You can register with a GP at RuminaCare.
